RacerMate One is CompuTrainer's software that comes with all new CompuTrainers and will also control older CompuTrainers. There are several sources of graphics and courses and workouts (a "course" is slope/grade-based and based on some real or fictional course, such as Wildflower or Ironman 70.3 Boulder, whereas a "workout" is erg-based and based on efforts at different wattage requirements).
